Student Evaluation Form

After the conclusion of an ESR Access course, we ask the instructors and the students to complete an evaluation form on-line.

Please fill out this form as completely as possible and press the Submit button at the bottom of the page. The results are emailed directly to the Dean of Earlham School of Religion.
