Admission Forms
To apply to ESR, complete an application form. The online web forms allow you to complete the applications online. If you prefer to print out an application and complete by hand, you may choose the PDF version below. If you encounter technical difficulty, contact the web editor.
- If you complete a printed application form and would like to submit a digital image of yourself, email the file as an attachment to esr@earlham.edu.
- If you are submitting a Standard Student Application, you will need to complete the Background Check Inquiry Release Form and mail (Admissions, 228 College Ave., Richmond, IN 47374) or fax (Attn. Admissions 765-983-1688.
- Below you will find instructions to enable you to pay the $35 application fee and the $25 background check fee online.
