____ Submit Background Check Inquiry Release Form and enclose a check for $25* (not required for occasional or W.O.R.D. Sojourn applications) or pay online.

____ Submit official transcripts of previous academic work (allow at least one month). Transcript Request (pdf)

____ Have letters of recommendation forwarded to the Admissions Office.

____ A sample of written work in the form of an essay is additionally required of Conditional, Special, and International students, and remedial written work may be required at student expense.
