Viola A. Braxton: In Grateful Memory

A longtime Friend and a good friend to ESR, Viola Andrew Braxton passed away at her home in Greensboro, NC, on January 28, 2004. She was 98 years old. The spring issue of ESR Reports, which went to press one week before her death, features a profile of Viola Braxton, along with information about the ESR scholarship she and her late husband, Walter, endowed. We at ESR extend our condolences to Viola Braxton's nieces and nephews, and to First Friends Meeting (Greensboro), where she was a member for more than 60 years.
