2021 ESR Virtual Vist Week (in conjuction with the 2021 Virtual Spirituality Gathering)
ESR hosts an annual Spring Visit Day, followed the next day by the annual ESR Spirituality Gathering. Due to the pandemic, we have decided to host the Spirituality Gathering and Visit Day as a joint, week long, online event. The events that fill this week offer the opportunity for prospective students to learn more about ESR and for all ESR community members to enrich their lives through plenary talks, workshops, and other sessions focused on "Spirituality and Activism", the theme for this year's event.
This year's week long event features student led workshops by Earlham undergrad students, ESR students, and Bethany Theological Seminary students, an alumni panel, meeting for worship, sample classes focused on MAPST (and Peace & Justice Studies) and MATW (and Ministry of Writing), book discussions with teaching faculty and alumni, a music session with current students and alumni, teaching faculty panel, ESR information sessions, and a meet and greet with ESR newest professor. Prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty/staff, and ESR community members are all welcome to join in conversations about spirituality and activism and learn more about studying at ESR. See below for information on all of these events.

2020 Fall Virtual Visit Day!
Each fall we invite prospective students to attend a Fall Visit Day, in conjunction with our Writing Colloquium. But this year, because of Covid-19, the Writing Colloquium has been postponed and we are instead planning a Fall Virtual Visit Day with a special focus on "Writing for Ministry", including the Master of Arts in Theopoetics & Writing, the Writing as Ministry M.Div. Emphasis, and the Writing Certificate.
All who are interested in learning more about ESR are invited to join us on Friday, November 6 for Sample Classes, a General Information Session, a Student Panel, and a Financial Aid/Scholarship Info Session. You can join us via Zoom for as few as one of the sessions or all of the sessions. We will also have a Sample Class on Thursday, November 5 and an Alumni Panel on Tuesday, November 11.
